A survey is currently being conducted aimed at travelers in motorhomes, vans, campervans, or adapted vehicles. This study is part of a PhD research in Tourism, carried out by Teresa Rodrigues, a PhD student at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve. The survey seeks to understand travel experiences, motivations, possible personal impacts associated with this way of traveling, as well as the transformative potential of these trips. The questionnaire is anonymous, takes about 8 to 10 minutes to complete, and does not collect email addresses. Traveler participation is important to better understand this reality and help give more visibility to the experiences of motorhome and road trip traveling in an academic context.
